So much more than 'just a typist', Leanne Carroll, owner and operator of TypeRight Transcription, brings you more than 25 years’ extensive experience as a word processing operator (WPO), secretary, PA and paralegal, as well as being an in-house and remote transcriptionist for medical specialists in multiple areas, both in Australia and overseas, since 2002.
She has also worked as an editor, proofreader, QA and mentor for MTs new to the industry.
We understand and value the importance of excellence in spelling and grammar for medical and legal documentation, something often underrated and overlooked these days, and have a full understanding of medical and legal terminology, including all those vital but 'fiddly bits' such as the correct presentation of medications, dosage amounts, classifications, lab and pathology results, legal citations, etc.
