Depending on your practice's structure, we have hourly rates, per-audio-minute rates, or per line rates.  Whatever suits you best.  Our rates are extremely competitive and reflect the level of our experience and commitment to best practice and excellence.

The Fine Print:

• We reserve the right to reject a job if the audio is deemed too poor to transcribe.  Rates may vary, depending on quality of audio.
• We will not transcribe anything deemed to be illegal, such as recordings made of people who clearly do not know they are being recorded.
  
• Payment for work performed is to be made via a nominated Commonwealth Bank (Australia) account, details of which will be provided on our invoice, within seven (7) days of receipt of invoice. Late payment of invoices will incur a fee.
  
• We require clients to enter into a Service Agreement which sets out the terms and conditions of the required work.  Once signed and dated by both parties, a signed copy will be provided to the client.
• A payment of 50% up-front for one-off transcription jobs is required.
